TERMS OF USE

1. Operator and general provisions

Mypostlify is operated by a self-employed individual registered in Switzerland, AVS No. 756.1225.2844.82 (“the operator”). The service is a cloud-based SaaS platform for planning, scheduling and automatically publishing content to social networks, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn and X. By using the service, the User accepts these Terms of Use.

2. Registration

To use the service you must create an account and provide accurate information. The User is responsible for the security of their account credentials.

3. Use of the service

It is prohibited to:

  • violate applicable law;
  • use the service to send spam;
  • use the service for fraudulent activities;
  • gain unauthorised access to other users’ data;
  • use the service to distribute malware.

4. Subscription

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Plans, limits and prices may be changed by the operator; changes do not apply to a period already paid for.

5. Service availability

We strive to keep the service running without interruption but do not guarantee the absence of downtime, maintenance or errors.

6. Intellectual property

All rights to the software, interface, logos and materials of the service belong to the operator.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. The operator is not liable for loss of profit, loss of customers, the actions of third-party providers, or failures of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn, X or other integrations.

8. Account suspension

We may temporarily limit or terminate access to the service if you breach these terms or legal requirements.

9. Termination of use

The User may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion does not release the User from obligations for services already rendered.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in the User’s country of residence remain unaffected.
