Public Offer, Payment and Refund

1. Operator and subject of the offer
The Mypostlify service is provided by a self-employed individual registered in Switzerland (“the operator”). This offer governs access to the service on a subscription basis. Payment for the services constitutes full acceptance of this offer.
2. Plans
The service offers several subscription plans. Current pricing is published on the website and in your personal account.
3. Free trial
Every new user gets 14 days of free access. No card is required to sign up. If you subscribe during the trial (choose a plan and attach a card via Stripe), the subscription renews automatically when the 14 days end and the first charge is made; the date and amount of the upcoming charge are always shown in the Billing section, and you can cancel before that date at no cost. If you do not subscribe, access is simply paused when the trial ends — nothing is charged.
4. Subscription and billing
A subscription can be paid monthly or annually; the annual subscription is offered at a discount. The plan, price and billing period are shown to you before payment.
5. Auto-renewal
An active paid subscription renews automatically for the next billing period at the current price, unless you disable auto-renewal. You can disable auto-renewal at any time before the next charge date in your personal account.
6. Payment methods
Payment is processed via Stripe and other available payment systems. Mypostlify does not store full bank card numbers or other payment credentials.
7. Refunds
After your first payment you may request a refund and cancel the subscription within 15 days of that payment. Renewal charges for subsequent periods are non-refundable once made — to avoid them, disable auto-renewal before the next charge date. If a subscription is cancelled and refunded, all of your data is deleted from the system and cannot be restored, including your content, scheduled posts and connected accounts.
8. Changes to plans
The operator may change plan prices. New pricing applies only to new subscription periods.
9. Taxes
Prices are stated in accordance with the tax rules applicable to the operator in Switzerland; any taxes due in the User’s jurisdiction are the User’s responsibility.
10. Governing law
This offer is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in the User’s country of residence remain unaffected.
